The contract includes a yearly routine servicing. Also included in the contract are all worn parts replacements, travelling costs, expenses and fees, upgrading software, adaptation of the interfaces according to ever changing stock administration and data bank expansion for 2-D-barcodes.
KLS has developed formula one pit stop technology to remotely monitor our systems using telemetric data transfer. Our main computer at central office in Weiskirchen constantly scans information from each installation searching for anomalies. Our preventative maintenance engineers are able to react appropriately before problems are noticed on the sales floor. Preventative maintenance work is conducted outside your opening hours so as not to disturb business.
